Ladysmith Federal Jeans Day Raises $820 for Women with Courage
COMMUNITYLADYSMITH — Ladysmith Federal employees have turned jeans days into an $820 donation for Women with Courage, the bank reported October 7.
Through the Jeans Day Fundraiser, employees donate $1 each day they choose to wear jeans to work. The donations add up over a quarter, and the money collected is then donated to a local organization or cause.
On October 7, Ladysmith Federal CEO Bill Dyson presented Leanne Birch with a check for $820 to support Women with Courage.
